Four ND Tribes Receive Affordable Housing Funding

(Bismarck, ND) — Four indigenous tribes located in North Dakota will receive affordable housing funding. The Housing and Urban Development issued a block grant worth nearly 110-million-dollars that will be dispersed to tribes across six states. The Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa, Standing Rock Sioux, Three Affiliated Tribes of Fort Berthold, and Spirit Lake are the fourth North Dakota tribes that will benefit from the grant, combining for nearly 27-point-five-million-dollars in funding.
