(Grand Forks, ND) — A Grand Forks man faces life imprisonment for alleged sexual acts with a minor. Authorities charged Marshawn Howard Wooden with Class A-A felony gross sexual imposition after he was accused of engaging in a sexual act with a 14-year-old girl on numerous occasions. If given a life sentence, the 29-year-old would not have the possibility of parole.
