(Bismarck, ND) — North Dakota’s Multijurisdictional Drug Task Forces are relying on state lottery proceeds. Officials say the North Dakota Lottery has helped fund 11 statewide task forces through the MJDT Grant Fund since 2007. North Dakota Attorney General Drew Wrigley said the funds are essential for law enforcement operational needs. As of April 8th of this year, the state lottery has contributed over ten-million-dollars to the grant. North Dakotans can track what lottery funds are spent on at lottery-dot-nd-dot-org.
