Minot Man Found Guilty Of Murder For 2024 Shooting

(Minot, ND) — A Minot man faces life imprisonment for a 2024 death. A jury found Delon Davis guilty of murder for the death of Mark Ramon McMillan. Davis was accused of fatally shooting McMillan in a downtown area business and hiding the victim’s body in a boiler room. Investigators found McMillan’s body three months after he was reported missing. Davis was found guilty of additional charges, including tampering with evidence. If given a life sentence, he would not have the chance of parole.
