(Bismarck, ND) — North Dakota officials are identifying additional measles cases. The state Department of Health and Human Services confirmed a case in both Cass County and Grand Forks County, but did not release possible points of exposure. The two cases bring the state total to 23 in 2025 between Williams, Cass, and Grand Forks Counties. All 23 individuals were reportedly unvaccinated against the virus, with just one person hospitalized.
