(Minot, ND) — A Minot man is in custody for a BB gun incident at a restaurant. Police arrested Justyn M. Smith yesterday afternoon inside an undisclosed restaurant after reports of a man sitting inside the business with a gun. The 34-year-old is accused of pointing the gun around, dry firing it, and racking the slide back several times before putting it in his backpack. Police discovered the weapon was a replica C-O-Two BB gun that resembled a Glock 19 pistol upon the suspect’s arrest. Smith now faces four counts of terrorizing.
