(Bismarck, ND) — Financial assistance programs are available for some North Dakotans who want to buy a home. The state’s Industrial Commission increased eligibility limits for programs that help with home purchases. Maximum income limits now range from 93-and-a-half-thousand-dollars to 110-thousand-dollars, depending on the property size. Program limits are also specific to household sizes and the county where the financed home resides.
