(Pierre, SD) — A Pierre woman is being charged after using her position as a state employee for her own benefit. According to Attorney General Marty Jackley, 24-year-old Alexandra Feiner falsified her own medical marijuana card while working with the South Dakota Department of Health. She’s now facing four counts of forgery. The alleged crimes occurred between March of last year and this year. In total, Feiner could see close to ten years in prison if found guilty. An initial court appearance has yet to be scheduled.
