(Bismarck, ND) — Five North Dakota cities will benefit from clean water loans. The Department of Environmental Quality and Public Finance Authority collaborated to award over nine-million-dollars to West Fargo, Ashley, Flasher, Hazelton, and Surrey. The loans are for projects to improve statewide sanitary and storm systems. West Fargo received most of the funding, with six-million-dollars allocated to replace the storm and sanitary sewer in the Westwood Addition.
