(Bismarck, ND) — A man will serve a life sentence after losing his appeal. The North Dakota Supreme Court upheld the conviction of Corbin Lampert, who was found guilty of the fatal shooting of a 16-year-old Bismarck teen. Lampert was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole just over a year ago, and the high court has ruled there was sufficient evidence to support the guilty verdict.
