(Bismarck, ND) — A lawsuit against North Dakota’s gender-affirming care ban won’t be affected by the Supreme Court’s ruling. Yesterday, SCOTUS ruled to uphold a Tennessee law similar to North Dakota’s. The law restricts access to gender-affirming care for children. However, the lawsuit against the state can resume as advocates argue the ban violates constitutional rights. No official ruling has been made regarding the lawsuit.
