Cattlemen Raise Over $300K For Feeding South Dakota

(Sioux Falls, SD) — South Dakota ranchers are helping put food on tables across the state. At this year’s Prime Time Gala, the South Dakota Cattlemen’s Foundation handed over a check for more than 300 thousand dollars to Feeding South Dakota. That money goes straight toward buying protein like beef and other meat to help stock food pantries. Foundation president Ryan Eichler says local producers are proud to give back and know how important protein is for families in need. Since teaming up in 2013, the Cattlemen’s Foundation has raised nearly three million dollars to fight hunger across the state.
