(Bismarck, ND) — A North Dakota-based company is helping to build the U.S.-Mexico border wall. Fisher Sand and Gravel received over 309 million dollars to construct 27 miles of the wall in Arizona. Federal officials claim the area is a destination haven for drug smuggling and illegal crossings into the United States. The company was previously contracted for nearly two billion dollars for several projects during President Trump’s first term. No timeline has been finalized for when the construction will begin.
