(Bismarck, ND) — North Dakota is considered one of the most dangerous states during the July 4th holiday. Data shows the state is the third-worst for crashes during the holiday, with an average of nearly 12-and-a-half vehicle accidents. The North Dakota Highway Patrol says it will increase enforcement next weekend, especially for impaired drivers.
