(Minot, ND) — Absentee ballots are now available for Minot’s special election for mayor. Residents must complete a signed application before receiving an absentee ballot. Applications are available online on the Ward County Elections or the Secretary of State Elections webpages. Voters can also complete the process in person at the Ward County Auditor’s Office. The election is scheduled for August 5th at the Minot Municipal Auditorium.
