(Fargo, ND) — A Bismarck man is being charged with Medicare fraud. Isaac Afoakwa faces allegations of wire fraud, identity theft, and falsifying tax statements, among other charges. The owner of Bismarck Transportation Services allegedly submitted 100-thousand-dollars of false claims to North Dakota Medicaid and also obtained one-point-six-million-dollars worth of loans that he wasn’t entitled to receive.
