(Bismarck, ND) — Bismarck’s 4th of July Celebration is being relocated this year. Ongoing construction in the city is forcing this year’s fireworks show to be held at Bismarck State College. Gates will open at 6 p.m. at the MDU Resources Community Bowl. The show is free to all spectators and is expected to start around 10:30 p.m. local time.
