(Turner County, SD) — Turner County deputies pull over a pickup with a fire burning on its tailgate while it’s driving down the highway. The Sheriff’s Office shared photos on Facebook and had a little fun with the post, writing just because Google doesn’t explicitly say it’s illegal to drive with a lit fire pit doesn’t mean you should try it. No word yet on citations, but officials say it’s definitely not safe or legal.
