(Minot, ND) — Two men are facing decades in prison for charges related to an overdose in Minot. Calvin Brien and Jarrin Brady both face one count of distribution of a controlled substance resulting in injury or death, among separate charges. Brien is accused of paying Brady for fentanyl powder, which he later sold to a male victim who died from an apparent overdose in May. Brien was charged with three other felony counts, as both suspects face up to 20 years in prison if convicted on their similar charges.
