(Sioux Falls, SD) — Police are sharing more details after the death of a woman who was pushed off a retaining wall near the Sioux Falls 8th Street bridge early last week. Yesterday, officials confirmed 39-year-old Doris High Elk has died from her injuries she suffered on June 30th. She passed away in the hospital Sunday. The man accused, 45-year-old Jubal Rattler, was already in jail for aggravated assault. But police say that charge could be upgraded, depending on autopsy results.
