(Fargo, ND) — Fargo Public Schools will have a new elementary school. Yesterday, the district’s board of governors approved the construction of a new 45-million-dollar school. The project will combine students at Horace Mann, Roosevelt, and Madison Elementary in a new Horace Mann building. Building plans include a three-section building for kindergarten through fifth-grade levels, with enough space for nearly 450 students. Crews are expected to break ground next summer, with the school opening in the fall of 2028.
