Williston Man Faces Federal Drug Charges For Hundreds Of Fentanyl Pills

(Mountrail County, ND) — A Williston man faces life in prison for federal drug charges. Henry Leggins was arrested in May on the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation after allegedly being caught in possession of 800 fentanyl pills. Authorities seized the pills and over seven-thousand-dollars in cash during a traffic stop in New Town. Leggins was charged with one count of possession with intent to distribute controlled substances, which carries a maximum sentence of life imprisonment.
