(Bismarck, ND) — North Dakota mobile and manufactured homeowners can now apply for the primary residence credit. The state’s Primary Residence Property Tax Credit Program changed during the 2025 legislative session. A new process now requires mobile homeowners to submit a one-time application so credits can be reflected as a deduction against tax owed. The application period opened earlier this week and will run through September 1st. All mobile homeowners are urged to review eligibility requirements and apply online before the deadline.
