(Fargo, ND) — Charges are being filed months after a man allegedly drove into a Fargo home. Clinton Deckard is accused of being nearly three times the legal limit when he crashed into a home and injured one victim last March. The girl was pinned underneath Deckard’s vehicle and had to be stabilized at a local hospital for serious injuries. Police say the 55-year-old’s initial blood alcohol screening was point-one-eight-five at the time of the incident. He was arraigned on Wednesday for charges of criminal vehicular injury and reckless endangerment while under the influence.
