(Minot, ND) — A man is pleading guilty to multiple counts of child sexual abuse material. Tony Lynch was charged last February after investigators received a tip about abusive material being sent through a social messaging account. Authorities traced the information back to the 39-year-old after finding photos of him included in the messages. Lynch pleaded guilty to two felony counts and now faces up to 15 years in prison.
