ND HHS Requests Public Feedback For Medicaid Waiver Updates

(Bismarck, ND) — State officials need public feedback regarding changes to a Medicaid waiver. The state’s 1915(c) Medicaid waiver includes cost increases for several in-home services, and updates to provider qualifications and regulatory language. The state legislature approved the changes during the most recent session. North Dakota Health and Human Services says residents can review the draft amendment online at hhs-dot-nd-dot-gov. Feedback is being accepted by mail, email, or phone to NDHHS’s Adult and Aging Services section and is due August 21st.
