(Minot, ND) — The City of Minot is receiving honors for its dedication to military support. The Great American Defense Community recognized Minot as a 2025 Great American Defense Community last weekend. ADC Board President Tom Ford said that Minot raised the expectations threshold for what it means to be a Great American Defense Community. Governor Kelly Armstrong also stated that the city’s commitment to Minot Air Force Base deserves high praise.
