(Bismarck, ND) — Nicholas Chase is inching closer to becoming a U.S. Attorney. Earlier this week, the Senate Judiciary Committee approved Chase’s nomination for the next U.S. Attorney for the District of North Dakota. He was recently appointed in 2022 to serve as a judge in the East Central Judicial District based in Fargo. Chase will now wait for a decision from the full Senate before he can be officially confirmed.
