(St. Paul, MN) — A man having an apparent mental health episode was found in the Senate Chamber at the Minnesota Capitol naked on Friday night. A memo sent to Minnesota lawmakers by the Minnesota House of Representatives Sergeant at Arms, confirmed the news.
