(Watertown, SD) — A tornado touches down in the Watertown area as severe weather slams parts of South Dakota. Residents have shared dramatic photos of a twister on the ground yesterday evening. One local says he lost power at his home in northeast Watertown around 6:45 p.m., and there was pea-sized hail. No injuries or damage have been reported so far.
