(Grand Forks, ND) — UND’s hockey team has a new commit. Ethan MacKenzie, a defenseman from the Edmonton Oil Kings in the Western Hockey League, has committed to play for the Fighting Hawks. MacKenzie is expected to join UND for the 2026-27 season.
