(Bismarck, ND) — North Dakota’s version of DOGE is having its first meetings. The state’s Legislative Task Force on Government Efficiency has held meetings with the Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Commerce and Department of Information Technology. Task Force Chair and State Representative Nathan Toman says their job is more than just cutting jobs. Toman said the Task Force wants to make sure “we’re getting our dollar’s worth” from state agencies.
