(Minot, ND) — A man is dead after a crash on Highway 83 that happened yesterday morning just south of Minot.
According to reports, the 73-year-old male driver of a 1992 Geo Metro was traveling northbound on Highway 83 when a northbound Ford Escape rear-ended the Metro. The Metro went into the ditch; the Escape came to rest on the shoulder of the roadway. The driver of the Geo Metro died at the scene. The 61-year-old female driver of the Escape had non-life threatening injuries.
The crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
