(Grand Forks, ND) — The suspect convicted of murdering another man at a Grand Forks bar in 2024 is headed to prison for 60 years. Nicholas Narveson was sentenced yesterday after being found guilty of murder, terrorizing and reckless endangerment. On July 4th, 2024, Narveson shot James Jordenson multiple times at Sledster’s Food and Brew. The judge suspended 20 years of Narveson’s 60-year sentence and gave him credit for more than a year’s time served.
