(Fargo, ND) — A repeat bank robber is in custody after a downtown Fargo bank was robbed. Last Friday, Jay Douglas Barker was charged after allegedly robbing the Wells Fargo in the area. The 66-year-old was previously convicted of robbing two banks in a credit union in Saint Johns in 2017 and a bank in Idaho in 1999. Barker now faces one count of robbery with a firearm.
