(Sioux Falls, SD) — There’s another arrest tied to a downtown Sioux Falls shootout that happened back in June. Dok Stephen is now behind bars, charged with aggravated riot. Investigators say he was with Juliane Kubara and others when they exchanged gunfire with 21-year-old Zachariah Ruffner in a busy parking lot early June 22nd. People were nearby when shots were fired, leaving one person with minor injuries and a few cars hit. Police say they’re still looking for a fourth suspect.
