(Bismarck, ND) — A private rehabilitation facility is relocating to north Bismarck. Freedom Family Center officials announced that the center will move to the old Best Western Hotel in the city. The center will offer treatment for mothers and expectant mothers recovering from substance abuse disorders. Officials say there will be enough space for 16 women at a time. Staff members will also be available twenty-four-seven, seven days a week.
