(Rapid City, SD) — Rapid City is moving forward with plans to add some big-name fast-food restaurants to the area. The new Marshall Heights project will include a Chick-fil-A, Chipotle, and Panda Express. The city council voted 7-2 in favor of creating a Tax Increment Financing District to make that happen. It’s one of many TIF applications approved this summer by the council.
