(Fargo, ND) — Fargo Police are charging a man with a deadly shooting. C’Aundre Douglas was arrested in Jamestown on Monday night in connection with the death of Elijah Hughes. The 20-year-old victim was shot to death at a south Fargo apartment complex early Sunday morning. Douglas is also accused of being involved with two other shooting investigations in the city on July 6th and July 22nd. Authorities say Douglas will be charged with murder for Hughes’ death.
