(Minneapolis, MN) — The Northstar commuter rail service between Big Lake and Minneapolis is set to end in January. The end will bring a transition from a rail service to a bus service, ending on January 5th. The final day of commuter service will be January 2nd, with special trains expected to still be in service after the final Vikings’ regular season game.
