(Minot, ND) — Mayor-elect Mark Jantzer is sharing his plans for Minot. Jantzer won more than 42-percent of the vote during Tuesday’s special mayoral election. Jantzer says key infrastructure upgrades and pushing through the current budget cycle are his top priorities after winning the seat. He will now serve out the remainder of former Mayor Tom Ross’ term, which ends next June.
