(Fargo, ND) — A Fargo sex offender is back in custody after attempting to flee from police. Raybert Littlewind Junior is accused of not complying with sex offender registration requirements. Authorities attempted to arrest the man on Saturday for the alleged offense. That’s when Littlewind Junior reportedly attempted to escape police by jumping into the Red River and had to be rescued by first responders. He was cleared of injuries and charged with multiple counts, including preventing arrest and failing to register as a sex offender.
