Grand Forks Teen Enters Plea For Attempted Murder Charges

(Grand Forks, ND) — A Grand Forks teen is pleading guilty to charges related to a shooting earlier this year. Mason Wyatt Allery faces five counts of attempted murder after allegedly firing a gun into an occupied vehicle and injuring two people. Allery is accused alongside Walker Michael Poitra for the reported incident at a Grand Forks hotel on January 3rd. Both teens received similar charges, as Allery pleaded guilty to all felony counts yesterday. He faces over 100 years in prison if convicted.
