(New Town, ND) — A New Town man is dead after a fatal dirt bike crash.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol says two people were involved in the accident yesterday after failing to round a curve on Peninsula Road. Both riders were ejected from the dirt bike. The 23-year-old driver was pronounced dead at the scene, with the 19-year-old passenger sustaining serious injuries. Investigators say the driver was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
The crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
