(McIntosh, SD) — The new school year gets off to a tense start in the McIntosh School District. On the first day of class, the school went into lockdown after a threat was posted on social media. Authorities quickly identified the student behind the post, and the lockdown lasted about 25 minutes. It was lifted without incident, and the rest of the school day continued as normal.
