(Bismarck, ND) — Montana Dakota Utilities wants to increase its rates to cover infrastructure expenses in North Dakota. MDU officials say customers would pay just over 37-dollars more annually if the North Dakota Public Service Commission approves the rate hike. MDU reportedly has existing or future infrastructure project costs worth 90-million-dollars it wants to recover through the rate increase. North Dakotans have until September 19th to comment or request a formal hearing on the rate increase at the PSC.
