(Sioux Falls, SD) — A Sioux Falls man accused in a downtown shooting is back in jail — this time facing attempted murder charges. A grand jury has indicted Jabriel Fears on four counts of attempted first-degree murder, saying the June shooting involving four victims was premeditated. He was first arrested last week for aggravated assault and released without bond. But after the indictment, he was booked back into jail yesterday. Charges against a second man in the case have been dropped.
