(Minot, ND) — One person is in custody after the fatal shooting of a Minot teen. Police say 19-year-old Johnathan Decoteau was arrested on Friday after being accused of a deadly shooting in northeast Minot. The incident happened early Wednesday morning. Authorities identified the victim as 19-year-old Dorian Thomas. Decoteau now faces one count of manslaughter and tampering with evidence.
