(Williamsport, PA) — Sioux Falls Little League bounces back in a big way after Monday’s loss, shutting out Washington 9-0 last night in Williamsport. Maxen Snoozy dominated on the mound with 14 strikeouts, including 10 in a row, and escaped a bases-loaded jam in the fifth inning. Sioux Falls scored eight two-out runs in the sixth to break the game open. Head coach Ryan Vavruska says Snoozy “proved to be the difference maker,” while Snoozy credited his teammates for picking him up. Sioux Falls moves on in the elimination bracket and faces South Carolina tonight at 6 p.m. Central on ESPN.
