(Bismarck, ND) — A man is in custody after reports of a bomb threat at a bank in downtown Bismarck. Robert Walsh is accused of walking into Bravera Bank with a backpack yesterday morning and making a bomb threat to an employee. The incident reportedly escalated into a two-hour standoff before Walsh surrendered, as authorities determined there was no threat. All bank employees and civilians in surrounding buildings were evacuated safely without injuries. Walsh was arrested on one count of terrorizing, with formal charges still pending.
